The aim was to create a center that offers different services and activities, which in modern Greek cities are in different places without any connection between them. By bringing together different services in one place we create a center that appeals to all ages and all social groups having a direct effect on better services, reduced functional cost and having better environmental design compared to the case of having all these services separated. To achieve a large complex of buildings with environmental design there were two objectives. First of all, the buildings should be designed so that their energy consumption is <70 KWh / m2 per year and second that these needs will be covered by using renewable energy.

Particular importance is given to the design of the surrounding area since the weather in Greece favors outdoor activities. At the same time surrounding area is the one that connects these different functions, creating a set of links and easy access.

An important element for the approach of young people by the community will be the library, which apart from the collection of books, has multiple PCs with access to Internet, a large collection of magazines, music, movies, games, a virtual reality room, and rooms in which they could be meet each other so as to have their own private space.
