The apartment is located on the basement floor of a two-storey house, built in the 1960s. As it is one of the last few houses remaining in the centre of the town since that decade, its restoration and renovation has been very important.

The facades have been restored, paying attention to the implementation of building energy upgrade, while inside, an atmosphere of warmth and comfort has been created. Consisted of a cosy and modern lounge with industrial elements, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a working area, the apartment combines old and new through an imaginative design approach.
